At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Aug. 6-13.
One critical violation
Wendy’s, 5902 Wattsburg Road, Millcreek Township. (Handwash sink inaccessible, lacked soap and paper towels.) Sink cleared in follow-up inspection, but still lacked paper towels and soap. Aug. 12. Also one noncritical violation.
