TNA President Carlos Silva has shared a promising update on the company’s potential move to a new network.

TNA Wrestling remains a hot topic in the wrestling world. The promotion’s partnership with WWE NXT has reached a boiling point after several months of healthy competition, with stars from both brands set to collide in multiple Survivor Series-style matches next Tuesday at Showdown.

Speaking of Showdown, TNA’s biggest event of the year, Bound for Glory, will also feature NXT talent. Trick Williams is set to defend his TNA World Championship against Mike Santana, while Kelani Jordan will put her Knockouts World Championship on the line against number one contender Indi Hartwell.

TNA President Carlos Silva on potential TV deal

Amid all the buzz, TNA President Carlos Silva spoke with TVInsider’s Scott Fishman to promote the upcoming Showdown and Bound for Glory events. During the interview, Silva was asked about a possible new network or streaming deal. Here’s what he said:

“We’re now in active negotiations with a partner, and we’re going to work through that,” Silva said. “I can’t really put a timeline on how long that will take. The good news is the process has started. We’re no longer just talking to a bunch of people to sort of gauge interest. Now we have an interested partner and working through potentially a deal for 2026. It’s going to happen as soon as it can happen. We were working on it as recently as yesterday, exchanging papers and trying to figure it out. We’re excited about it and keep pushing it forward to get this over the finish line. It’s done when it’s over the finish line.”

Silva’s comments are similar to the ones he made during a recent interview with WrestleZone. There, he used a sports analogy to share that TNA is within scoring range and shared his excitement about the potential partner that they are working with.
