Comedian Andy Dick was seen in resurfaced video sipping a drink and slurring his words on Hollywood Boulevard last month – close to where he apparently overdosed on Tuesday.

The famed comic, 59, was sitting on the sidewalk wearing a “VIP” pass around his neck, drinking a cup of clear liquid and bizarrely claiming that the hip duo Outkast loves him, in the video posted to Instagram on Nov. 9.

“What’s up Andy, you look good man,” cameraman Joe Andaloro said in the video.

“I always look good, boy, thank you,” responds Dick.

When Dick was told OutKast was being honored inside a nearby venue, he lamented not being able to see the pair and said he knew the them from his MTV days.

“Why didn’t you get me invited?” Dick asked.

“They were right there. Andre and Big Boy,” said Andaloro.

“No! I hope you are kidding me?” Dick fires back. “No, I swear to God,” replied Andaloro.

“I know them! From MTV days. I mean, I’m on the curb now and they’re going into their show. But different ones, different life,” Dick noted.

“You don’t know how much they love me. It’s f—ked up that you guys didn’t tell me,” the comic said.

The video was posted about four weeks before he was captured in compromising photos taken by TMZ during an apparent overdose in Hollywood on Tuesday.

Dick, in the photos, is slouched over with eyes closed, wearing blue plaid pajama pants and a tan jacket. His black framed glasses lie on the cement next to a canned drink.

A bystander called for someone to get Dick Narcan — a life-saving medication that reverses opioid overdoses called Narcan.

First responders arrived but Dick refused additional medical attention.

In the November video, the cameraman ends by saying, “Andy Dick. Was on the ground just hanging out. He seemed better. He seemed ok compared to other times I’ve seen him. He seemed fine. Like fine-ish.”

“I bumped into Andy at a gas station in Encino and he told me he needed a ride to a friend’s house. I let him hop in. He was cool and down to earth,” one commenter on the post wrote.

Dick has had numerous run-ins with the law and is known to be seen intoxicated on the streets of Los Angeles.

The actor was arrested in January 2023 for public intoxication and failing to register as a sex offender.

In 2016, Dick revealed that he had entered drug rehabilitation programs 20 times up to that point.
