The Issue: Team USA Olympians saying they have “mixed emotions” about representing America.
I don’t care how good a skier he is, individuals like Hunter Hess have no business being in the Olympics (“Stars & strikes,” Feb. 8).
People watch sports to get away from politics, and representing one’s country in an event as prestigious as the Olympics demands unity.
Instead of staying in Italy, Hess and his minions should take a one-way trip to China, Russia or North Korea, where things may be more to their liking.

As kids, I am sure today’s Olympians also dreamed of representing America in the Olympics.
When did their education fail them?
Members of the Miracle on Ice team were grateful and proud to represent this country.
America certainly had its flaws in 1980 — hostages, gas lines, Jimmy Carter — but that didn’t stop former Olympians’ patriotism.

It’s fundamentally un-American to be anti-free speech.
Treating dissent as disloyalty is a betrayal of the very spirit The Post claims to defend.
You repeatedly confuse criticism of the government with hatred of the country.
That is either ignorance or manipulation.
Saying athletes should be replaced by someone more patriotic if they don’t meet the right’s ideological standards is grotesque.
I thought having overly delicate sensibilities was a liberal trait, but I guess not.
Now you’ve become the “snowflakes.”
If your version of patriotism can’t survive a few honest sentences, then the problem is not the Olympians.

These brainless twits should be sent home on the next flight out of Italy. Never have so few embarrassed so many.
We do not need these children representing our country.

How pressing it must have been to these Olympians, that when given the spotlight, they chose to air their anti-American gripes for the world to see.
America loves its Olympians, but we’ll never forget how some have tainted this year’s experience.

Olympian snowflakes Hess, Chris Lillis and Amber Glenn are an embarrassment.
For them to trash America in a foreign land is disgraceful.
You’d think these morons would appreciate representing the country that provided them with the training and facilities that goes into participating in the Olympics.

Lillis is a moron who never should’ve been picked for Team USA.
He somehow thought the Olympics was the time and place to bash America. It made me sick to my stomach.

The Issue: The arrest of a mastermind behind the 2012 attack on a US mission in Benghazi, Libya.
How did it take until 2026 to arrest this suspect who was allegedly part of the terrible massacre in Benghazi (“Agent of evil finally caught,” Feb. 7)?
Where were the other administrations?
Sleeping?
Again, President Trump has proved he can do what other presidents could not.
He’s a true American.

Remember when Hillary Clinton said it was time to move on from the Benghazi tragedy?
Well, Trump never thought so, and now he’s proved it.
One of the masterminds behind the 2012 attack on the United States’ compound in Libya has been captured and brought to America to face justice.
It may take years, but this shows the world you can’t kill Americans and get away with it.
Great job, Trump.
