Edgewater Fire & Rescue responded to an early morning fire Saturday, Sept. 27, according to a post on the agency’s Facebook page.
An exterior building on residential property was engulfed in flames, but first responders arrived quickly and were able to contain the fire before it spread to the main house.
No injuries were reported, the post stated.
It is unclear where in town the fire took place. The News-Journal was unable to reach anyone at the department over the weekend.
