Phil Rosenthal dishes out nostalgia at “Max and Helen’s”

Phil Rosenthal, creator of “Everybody Loves Raymond” and host of Netflix’s “Somebody Feed Phil,” is opening Max and Helen’s, a new diner in his Los Angeles neighborhood named after his late parents.
