Henderson, Kentucky police are searching for a man who escaped from the county jail on Tuesday.
Timothy Allen Oliver reportedly fled on foot, authorities wrote on the Henderson Police Department Facebook page. The post doesn’t say when exactly he escaped or how.
Oliver’s described as 5-feet-10-inches tall. He weighs 200 pounds and has blonde hair. He was last seen wearing jeans, a gray shirt with “Trustee” printed on it, and a baseball cap. He could also be wearing “a tan or orange outfit,” the post reads.

Henderson police spokesman Sgt. Bill Russell said officers were setting up perimeters near the jail and employing drones around the area. The Kentucky State Police is assisting in the investigation.
Oliver had been booked in July on a parole violation. As of Tuesday afternoon, Russell didn’t know the original charge that sparked it.
It’s not the first time Oliver has attempted to evade custody.
On New Year’s Eve 2018, Oliver allegedly sprinted from the passenger seat of a vehicle during a traffic stop in Henderson and into a nearby neighborhood. Police said at the time he was wanted on a parole violation, as well as a bench warrant stemming from an old theft charge.
He was later found hiding in a dog crate outside a home on Letcher Street.
In 2013, he also led police on a car chase down U.S. 60 and Kentucky 1078 before crashing and trying to flee on foot. And 10 years earlier, he sparked a manhunt after allegedly slipping away from a halfway house in Ashland, Kentucky.
He was eventually found in an abandoned mobile home in Henderson, police said at the time.
