A woman drove into the crowd shortly after 6:00 p.m. local time as vendors were packing up because the festival was over, reports said.
According to reports, the woman is in custody.
Reuters was able to independently verify the location of the videos by the road layout, a crosswalk, buildings’ facades, street signage and trees that matched file and satellite imagery. The date when the videos were filmed was verified by original file metadata.
