WWE’s Seth Rollins ruse pays off in epic moment that Night 1 of SummerSlam desperately needed

It’s the “Heist of the Century” — the sequel.
Seth Rollins did it again — this time at SummerSlam, cashing in his Money in the Bank contract to defeat CM Punk to become World Heavyweight champion for a second time in front of an announced crowd by WWE of more than 53,000 at MetLife Stadium on Saturday night.
Rollins has been off WWE television since “tweaking” his knee during a match against L.A. Knight at “Saturday Night’s Main Event” last month.
There had been speculation at the time about whether the injury was serious and legitimate, a cover-up for a minor knee injury or a complete work to set up Rollins’ eventual cash-in that needed to in some way top what he did to Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 31.
